If you passed the final with an 80% or better and an overall course average of 78% or higher complete your NREMT application.

Students must register and pay for testing. You do not need to wait until ambulance rotations are done to complete the application paperwork.  Start the paperwork ASAP!!!!!!!

Per school policies:  If a student misses class time whether tardy or absent you must complete the following form within 24 hours. "Absent/Tardy Log"
Please note; while you are required to complete this form you are also required to make up the hours missed by coming in and watching the video or you will lose 5 points per absence on your next exam.
