McKinney Medical Center and other clinical sites require that students complete the following HIPAA in-service and take a post exam.

The post exam will be handed out 1 week prior to due date.  If the student does not turn in the post exam by the due date they will not be permitted to do clinicals therefore they cannot pass the class and will be asked to leave the program.

All of the questions are in order with the exception of two, the last two questions on the second page are answered right after the HIPAA and HITECH slides.
