Congratulation - you passed.

Enter Name and Student ID#:

Your EMTS Course Completion Certificate was not just handed to you but you earned it from our school. Be proud of it. You will realize in time what you truly achieved.  Your EMTS completion certificate will be mailed once Dr. Sherman signs the completion paperwork after auditing your student file.

All passing students need to complete the on-line National Registry Application process.  A link can be found with detailed explanation on your class schedule in the right column on your exam date. You will need to create a National Registry file and pay your application and  testing fees.  Once this is done EMTS receives an e-mail from the National Registry to confirm that you are good to test.  Once this is confirmed National Registry will update your on-line file with a letter/link to contact a testing site in the area.  Per school policies the first exam attempt must be completed within 45 days of being eligible.  (place initial)

AHA CPR card:  Your CPR Cards will be attached to your EMTS course completion certificate which will be mailed to you once you turn in all internship paperwork.  (place initial)

Turning in of course papers (name tag, internship run sheets totaling 5 ((3 transports minimum)) ambulance run sheets, 10+ total hospital patient sheets, Rockwall EMS patient run sheets, all evaluations you may still have must be submitted before you can take the National Registry test.  Option One: Mail all items to address on back of nametag once internship fire rotation is complete. Option Two: Bring to Richardson and personally turn them in once internship fire rotation is complete. If one thing is missing you cannot test. EMTS suggestion: DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE TO TURN IN PAPERS. Students have until 30 days from completion of final internship to turn in all paperwork.  If not turned in within 30 days as described the student will not receive a course completion certificate and therefore has failed the class(place initial)

KEEP SHARP - Do not stop studying. Students will forget information for every day that passes. To keep sharp we recommend that you watch the EMTS National Registry Prep video.  (place initial)

Once again congratulations.  Thank you for using EMTS and our staff looks forward to working with you as a fellow EMS colleague.

Call if you have any questions. Good luck.  Joe and Tom
